• 9-12s:  5:00-5:40 pm
• 8 & Under:  5:40-6:10 pm

June 19 - July 24

• 13 & Over:  7:50-9:00 am
• 9-12s:  9:00-9:50 am
• 8 & Under:  9:50-10:30 am

NOTE: The last day of school for FCPS is Wednesday, June 17, but the first day of morning practice is FRIDAY, JUNE 19. We will still have afternoon practice on Thursday, June 18!

  • Times:  9:00-9:40 and 9:50-10:30 am
  • Your swimmer will be assigned a session

Junior Panthers

• Practice Dates: June 1 - July 24
  • Times*: 9:50 - 10:30 am
  • *same time as 8 & Under practice
