2026 Dive Practice Schedule
May 26- June 18* (last four weeks of the FCPS School Year):
- 4:00 - 5:00 pm
- 5:10 - 6:10 pm
*For each afternoon practice day (from May 26 - June 18), your child may attend either session, but we ask that you try to attend the same one regularly to maintain consistency.
We understand that there may be times when you may have to attend a different session or cannot attend at all, and we are completely flexible to changes.

For morning practices (June 19 - July 24), divers will be assigned to practices based on age, skill-level, and the need to deconflict if they participate in both events.
We understand that there may be times when you may have to attend a different session or cannot attend at all and we are flexible to changes. Please let us know in advance if possible.
June 19 - July 24:

12 & Under: 7:50 - 8:55 am
- Freshmen and Junior Divers

13 & Over: 9:05 - 10:30 am
- Intermediate and Senior Divers
- We will also assign more experienced divers to this practice who may be able to dive "up" one age category or who will be competing at additional** (but optional) competitive meets for our team
**Additional practices will be offered to divers participating in the Wally Martin Memorial Meet (3M Springboard) at an additional cost as it will be hosted at another pool.
**Additional practices will be offered at no additional charge for any divers who qualify for All Stars during the week of July 27 - 31.
