  • Meet Theme is GLOW! The S&D Committee will provide some glow sticks and bracelets for some glow-in-the-dark fun!
  • Please sign up for your events by noon on Monday, June 22nd. 
  • Swimmers can participate in 2 individual events. They can choose to swim the IM in addition to those 2 events.
  • If your swimmer placed in the top 3 of an event in the previous A Meet, they cannot swim that event in this B Meet.
  • Arrive on deck at 4:50 PM
  • Warm up 5-5:20
  • Meet starts at 6:00
  • Volunteers should wear white tops and dark blue bottoms (no jeans). No team apparel, please.

Join the Panthers for an afternoon of BOWLING on June 25th! In order to reserve the lanes, your RSVP and payment are required by Monday, June 22nd. Due to our large number, no late RSVPs or payments will be accepted this year.

Two Steps to Sign Up:

  1. RSVP on SwimTopia by June 22nd.
  2. Pay for your child(ren). Payment is $16/child and is due by June 22nd.

TEAM: Swim & Dive Pep Rally!

Pep Rally Theme: Chuck-A-Duck & Handprints! Athletes will be able to toss a rubber duck at a bucket on their coach's head from the side of the pool. If they make it in, they will get a prize! The 2026 Handprint Sheet will make another appearance for any athletes who didn't get the chance to leave their mark on during the 6/19 Pep Rally.

  • Warm up 8:20 - 8:40.

Rolling Hills would like to invite you to our third annual Spunky Dunkers Meet. What is the Spunky Dunkers Meet? It’s a meet that is run by our older divers for our younger divers (think 10 and under and maybe a few 11 year-olds). The meet is run like a B meet or the Cracker Jack Meet. We do not keep score. When the diver is finished diving, they receive a ribbon, their dive sheet, and either a donut or munchkins.

Pep Rally Theme: Tie Dye! This one is a kid-favorite! If your athletes would like to tie dye, please have them bring a white, cotton shirt for the event (and a plastic bag labelled with their name to carry it home in!). It will be perfect to wear during our Tie Dye Swim B Meet on July 13!
