Fri Jun 19	TEAM: Swim & Dive Pep Rally! Parliament Pool Start: 6:30 PM End: 7:30 PM Pep Rally Theme: Birthday Party & Handprints! We'll celebrate the Panthers' 60th Anniversary/Birthday and let all the athletes leave their mark on 2026's Handprint Sheet!
Mon Jun 15	SWIM: Away B MEET w/ Burke Station Destroyers Burke Station Swim Club: 5820 Ridge Ford Drive in Burke Start: 6:00 PM Warm-up: 5:20 PM End: 9:00 PM (estimated) Weekly Theme is Panther Pride! Wear your Panther Gear! Please sign up for your events by noon on SUNDAY, June 14th. Swimmers can participate in 2 individual events. They can choose to swim the IM in addition to those 2 events. Arrive on deck by 5:10. Warm up 5:20 - 5:40. Meet starts at 6:00. Volunteers should wear white tops and dark blue bottoms (no jeans). No team apparel, please.

Parliament Pool Start: 9:00 AM Warm-up: 8:20 AM End: 11:00 AM (estimated) Swimmers should sign up for all strokes they are legal in and any other strokes they would like to try by 11:59 PM on Wednesday, June 10th. Arrive on Deck: 8:10 AM Warm Up: 8:20-8:40 Meet Starts: 9:00 Volunteers should wear white tops and dark blue bottoms (no jeans). No team apparel, please.
Sat May 30	SWIM: NVSL University Officials Training Fairfax County Government Center: 12000 Government Center Parkway in Fairfax Start: 8:00 AM End: 12:30 PM *We will have volunteers in the lobby to direct you to the correct rooms for your clinics. NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED IN THE GOVERNMENT CENTER. NEW Referee Only @ 8-10AM NEW Starter Only* @ 8-10AM Ref/Starter Recertification @ 8-10AM SwimTopia Meet Maestro Training @ 8-10AM Chief Timer Clinic @ 9-10AM Stroke and Turn (New and Recert) @ 10:30AM-12:30PM No cost for the clinics and no registration for the in-person clinics is necessary. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for a certification clinic or depart before its conclusion, you will not receive credit for attending. *New Referee and New Starter clinics are only for officials who are new to these positions and who have not been previously certified. Mon May 11	TEAM: Team Suit & Spirit Wear Order Deadline Online Store The deadline to order team suits and have them delivered to the pool is 11:59 pm on May 11th. If you miss this deadline, you can go to SuitUp and order suits there, while supplies last. The Team Store through SuitUp also closes at 11:59 pm on May 11th. Get your Spirit Wear while you can!
