• In a slight change from previous years, we will be doing our awards presentations at the Pool followed by swimming and dessert. There will not be a potluck dinner so be sure to eat beforehand.
• We will start our award presentations at 6:45pm, so please be on time. Swimmers and divers will want to bring a towel or blanket to sit on as we will have them sitting by age group.
• We plan to wrap with awards around 8pm to let the kids swim until 9:30pm. This way they can have fun and celebrate their successes this summer. The pool will be closed for this event, open only to Panther families!
  
• Everyone is invited to bring a simple to serve, handheld dessert to share - think grab and go. We will collect desserts upon arrival and will put them out towards the end of the awards.
  
• Bottles of water will be provided; if you’d like to drink something other than water, please bring it with you or feel free to bring soda or sparkling water to share.
  
• Some swimmers and divers dress up a little bit, however, there is no dress code. Be sure to bring a suit for swimming after the presentations.
  
• We request ALL Panther families RSVP in SwimTopia, indicating whether or not you will attend. This helps us with planning and logistics. Please RSVP no later than July 19th.

Join the Team and Coach Dan for LASER TAG at Doyle's Outpost (Shadowland is closed!) on July 17th, 4-6:00 PM. We will have 2 separate groups based on age. (These age groupings are subject to change depending on event RSVP numbers.)

• 10&Unders will play at 4:00 PM
• 11&Overs will play at 5:00 PM

There are 2 game play options:

• 2 Laser Tag Games per person: $18.00
• 2 Laser Tag Games + 2 Hours Arcade Time Play per person: $26.00

Please arrive 20 minutes before your time to get ready. You need to complete a WAIVER (either in advance or upon arrival) in order to play. Due to our large numbers, no late RSVPs will be accepted. There is a 40 person cap for each age group.

Two steps required to sign up:

1. RSVP on SwimTopia by July 14th. Please sign up for the correct age group and desired game play option.
2. Pay for your child(ren). Payment is due by July 14th.
