Weekly Theme is Let's Get Tropical! Arrive on deck at 7:20 AM Warm Up: 7:30-7:50 Meet Starts at 8:30 Volunteers should wear white tops and dark blue bottoms (no jeans). No team apparel, please.
Fri Jun 27 2025	TEAM: Swim & Dive Pep Rally! Parliament Pool Start: 6:30 PM End: 7:30 PM PANTHER LIP SYNC PEP RALLY! Swimmers, divers, AND coaches can gather a group (or go it solo!), pick their favorite song (or two!), and rock out with friends! So bring your best moves, have some fun, and cheer each other on! Wed Jun 25 2025	Dive Judging Clinic Parliament Pool Start: 6:00 PM End: 7:30 PM Learn about diving and how scoring is handled! Great for anyone new or old to diving. Coach Doug will be running this clinic.

Mon Jun 23 2025	SWIM: AWAY B MEET w/ Lake Braddock Lakers Lake Braddock Community Association Shurer Pool: 9528 Ashbourn Drive in Burke Start: 6:00 PM Warm-up: 5:20 PM End: 9:00 PM (estimated) Weekly Theme is BLACK OUT! Please sign up for your events by noon on MONDAY, June 23rd. Swimmers can participate in 2 individual events. They can choose to swim the IM in addition to those 2 events. If your swimmer placed in the top 3 of an event in the previous A Meet, they cannot swim that event in this B Meet. Caravan: Arrive at Parliament at 4:40 PM to leave by 4:50. Arrive on deck by 5:10. Warm up 5:20 - 5:40. Meet starts at 6:00. Volunteers should wear white tops and dark blue bottoms (no jeans). No team apparel, please.

If your athletes would like to tie dye, please have them bring a white, cotton shirt for the event (and a plastic bag to carry it home in!). It will be perfect to wear during our Tie Dye Meet Theme Week, July 6th-12th!

In order to reserve the lanes, your RSVP and payment are required by Tuesday, June 17th. Due to our large number, no late RSVPs or payments will be accepted this year.
