Sun Jul 13 2025	DIVE: HOME B MEET w/ Fairfax Frogs Parliament Pool Start: 8:00 AM Warm-up: 8:00 AM End: 10:00 AM (estimated) Divers should arrive on deck at 8am for warm ups. This is Coach Isabel's Senior Recognition Meet and a fun meet with Fairfax Frogs. Event Schedule: 8am Parliament Warmups 8:30am Fairfax Frogs Warmup 9am Meet begins with Freshmen bounce and National Anthem Categories- 6y, 7y, 8y, 9y, 10y, Junior, Intermediate, Seniors 10:30 am Senior Recognition 10:40 Exhibition diving round warm ups. Exhibition divers can do up to two of their favorite dives. We will celebrate with cake after the exhibition round.

Meet Theme is MINIONS! Caravan: Arrive at Parliament at 7:35 AM to leave by 7:45. Arrive on deck by 8:10. Warm up 8:20 - 8:40. Meet starts at 9:00.

Mon Jul 7 2025	SWIM: AWAY B MEET w/ Woodley Warriors Woodley Pool: 7421 Camp Alger Avenue in Falls Church Start: 6:00 PM Warm-up: 5:20 PM End: 9:00 PM (estimated) Meet Theme is PANTHER PRIDE! Please sign up for your events by noon on MONDAY, July 7th. Swimmers can participate in 2 individual events. They can choose to swim the IM in addition to those 2 events. If your swimmer placed in the top 3 of an event in the previous A Meet, they cannot swim that event in this B Meet. There is no caravan for this meet. Arrive on deck by 5:10. Warm up 5:20 - 5:40. Meet starts at 6:00.
Sun Jul 6 2025	DIVE: AWAY Wally Martin 3M Meet Oakmont Rec Center: 3200 Jermantown Road in Oakton Start: 8:00 AM End: 3:00 PM (estimated) Each team can only send a limited number of divers to this event Interested A-Meet divers should express their interest to the coaches and by emailing [email protected]. We will be given one or two short time slots to practice on the 3M boards at Oakmont the week before the event. Precise time schedule to be provided as the event approaches, but this does follow traditional A Meet schedule with Freshman, Junior, Intermediate, and Senior events. There is a small fee associated with this meet that each individual diver will need to pay, and enter their own meet sheets through divemeets.com.

Wed Jul 2 2025	SWIM: AWAY Division 14 Relay Carnival! Woodley Pool: 7421 Camp Alger Avenue in Falls Church Start: 6:30 PM End: 9:00 PM (estimated) AVAILABILITY: Please declare whether or not your swimmer will be available to swim by noon on MONDAY, June 30th. Relay Carnival is a Team Scored Meet where we compete against the other 5 teams in Division 14. It is the equivalent of an A Meet and counts towards our standing in NVSL. If at all possible, it's important for relay swimmers to be present at this meet. Athlete entries for the meet will be available no later than Tuesday, July 1st. Swimmer Details: Swimmers arrive on deck by 5:10 PM Warm up at 5:25 PM Meet starts at 6:30 PM
